Individual Therapy

Individual therapy or counseling is a collaborative process in which you work one-on-one with a trained therapist in a safe and confidential setting to explore emotions, thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors that may be negatively impacting you, your functioning, and/or your quality of life. The therapist will work with you to address symptoms, to work through and process challenging things, and to learn skills and strategies to better manage symptoms, with the ultimate goal of facilitating positive change and improving quality of life.
